Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the way we work, learn, and innovate. I recently came across the phrase “Do not sprint in front of a train,” which resonated strongly with me when thinking about AI. Rather than trying to resist this technological shift, the better approach is to understand it and learn how to move alongside it.

With that perspective in mind, I recently completed two courses by Andrew Ng: “Generative AI for Everyone” and “AI For Everyone.” These programs provide an accessible introduction to artificial intelligence, explaining its core concepts, practical applications, and its growing impact across industries.

Both courses offered valuable insights into how AI technologies are evolving and how individuals and organizations can prepare for the changes ahead.
