Last week, I conducted a workshop at the ONYX Incubator in Esfahan, Iran, with over 30 small and medium-sized business owners. The participants, who primarily run traditional businesses such as restaurants, physical store chains, and car dealerships, are eager to explore new avenues for expanding their businesses through the Internet and social media.
